Position: Officer – Export Communications
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field
Experience: 1-3 year
Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Gender: Male

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible for connecting, and building partnerships with clients
• Foster relationships and develop communication networks with clients
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of shipments that directly affect each client.
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
• Coordinate for internal matters and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
• Responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients
• Answering Customers questions and addressing complaints.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Take up other duties as assigned.
• This position need flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends as and when needed.
